Add ADDC to domain when RID master is offline

time ago installed ad 2k8 server (named a), , domain controler server (b). afer few months main addc (a) crashed , wasn't able restore backup (it hardware failure), fortunately secondary addc (b) running fine , services working fine.

now have new server, , avoid problem (b) server want install new server (named c) de ad rol , make additional domain controler. unfortunately, when run dcpromo intall don't allow me install dc because rid master (a) offline.

 

of course, impossible recover first server (a), need domain controler avoid hardare failure, still having catalog (b) , dns records.

 

my domain have 1 forest, 50 users , 10 servers on it. both servers w2k8r2.

 

any idea.

 as understand, server not used anymore. can seize fsmo role - rid master server b.

 since, server not used, should consider transfering other fsmo roles dcs, , gc role.

Invalid pointer on gpresult /h gpreport.html
