How to use two windows server 2012 essential on a same network?

have windows server 2012 essential dc in domain abc.local.

have purchased hp proliant server windows server 2012 essential intsall erp software.

trying add new windows server 2012 essential network, there seems problem that

asking either clean install or server migration. unable add windows server 2012 essential network member server.

there way can install windows server 2012 essential member server in existing windows server 2012 essential domian network .

if not possible , have windows server 2008 r2 enterprise key , can install member server network or can install windows server 2008 r2 essential.

please me figure out, behind these last 2 days.


you can not have 2 essential server on same network, 2008 server work member server.
