Microsoft outlook 2013 cannot receive attachment larger than 1M from pop mail box

dear all,

i running microsoft outlook 2013 receive email. use pop setting receive. today fails receive. download in byte speed 5b still cannot download files after several hours.

i tried set new account receive failed.

anyone can me? thanks.

suppose causes mail system, not outlook 2013.
domain of mail address?  i.e. right part of @

b) contents:
transfer speed depends (1) isp  (2) mail server (busy or not)  (3) ethernet or wifi, , on.  information provided insufficient specify cause.

Invalid pointer on gpresult /h gpreport.html
