Non Administator Remote Assistance permissions


i have had no luck setting non administrator user account remote assistance helper. way can work making helper local admin, not ideal. there permission or set of permissions required make such situation work. have ad domain , both remote assistance policies configured , linked @ ou contains computer object test box. :

computer settings>administrative templates>system>remote assistance

have not found group policy conflicts setting.
using windows sbs 2003
