Trying to lockprint print jobs when printing from a Remote Desktop Application

hello,

i in bit of fix.  when running our erp software "fat client" able use lockprint feature on our big copier without incident.  since have move "thin client" setup using rdp , can't lockprint our print jobs.

i have gone far install numerous copies of copier, each user name tacked onto end, , setup lockprint settings had set when using fat client.  unfortunately, erp software seems bypass settings on server , prints jobs if nothing done try , stop it.

our server 2k8 r2 , printers installed on server well.

if remote desktop application doesn't support print thru remoteapp,i suggest using remote desktop instead.for 3rd party application issue, you'd better confer application vendor.
