Windows 10 - Unable to download Feature Update 1703 from a WSUS 2016 server

hello,

i trying update test clients win 10 1703 win 10 1607, , created specific computer group wsus 2016 server, able create lab environment , approve upgrade environment, not clients. in wsus server approved new feature update new computer group.

clients assigned new group using ad security group, adding computer accounts group.
deploy environment, created new gpo, sets "windows components/windows update/defer windows updates" keys to:
- select branch readiness level feature updates want receive: current branch
- after feature update released, defer receiving many days: 0
- pause feature updates: disabled

i applied new gpo on new security group, using security filtering in gpo scope.

the "standard" windows update gpo disabled computers, using specific deny delegation tab of gpo.

if perform gpresult /r on computers, see new gpo applied correctly, , "standard" update gpo no more applied.

after that, if perform check updates on clients, says device date, not shows me new upgrade. if wsus console, correctly see computers new computer group.
if upgrades, wsus updates section, see upgrades needed 0 clients...

clue?

someone else has similar issues 1703 upgrade on wsus?

tested in lab win10 1607 clients download upgrade file , upgrade 1703 via wsus server 2016;

issue, please check following things:

1. if wsus server 2016 patched latest monthly rollup, if not, please install latest monthly rollup, re-sync , re-download 1703 upgrade file;

2. check if win10 clients report wsus server after syncing 1703 upgrade, if not, please wait clients report;

3. if win10 clients have issues report wsus server, please reset windows update components on clients, check if help:
