How can I use Cisco switch as DHCP server and integrate to deploy WDS on Windows server 2008

dear all

i want apply wds on network and  tried win sever 2008 dhcp service, works fine. existing network uses cisco 3560 core switch dhcp server many vlans.  how can modify dhcp configuration on switch. sample of switch config

ip dchp excluded-address 10.10.10.1-10.10.10.10

ip dhcp pool vlan 2
network 10.10.10.1-10.10.10.254
dns-server 10.10.10.1
default-router 10.10.10.254    (vlan 2 gateway)
domain-name moelab.gov
lease 6

how can integrate wds in configuration tell client boot wds (ip 10.10.10.1 ). , should integrate new command s vlans. have 5 vlans.

plz me on this.

 

you'll need add ip helper address wds servers vlans. refer to: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc732351(ws.10).aspx#bkmk3. believe on cisco, ip helper-address command: http://www.cisco.com/en/us/docs/ios/12_3t/ip_addr/command/reference/ip1_i1gt.html#wp1169356

Group policy default policy cannot be edited because network name not found

hey everyone, i have been having issues on , off domain. pdc crashed (the domain controller). started old server , made domain controller , forced roles over. repaired pdc , elevated back. although appeared work found cannot rid of other dc because pdc can no longer contact domain things group policy or else. start secondary , domain magically reachable. although while secondary down can ping domain , replies ip of pdc appears pdc has no control on anything. questions following. 1. gpos created before crash no longer work. rebuilt sysvol , default problem can't edit default domain policy. don't believe having replication problems new repairing domains setting them , maintaining them of education came from.  2. if pdc gpo management console can't access gpos can secondary not have installed? 3. why domain unreachable if no dcs online when shutdown secondary. thanks in advance , try edit dc diag log right there on fails want narrow of out guys concentrate on...

Windows server 2012 r2 inplace upgrade failed
