Is it possible to give a choice to user to connect any one server on a network.

dear forum members,

i have 3 servers windows 2008 r2 in network each server has own set of users. user member of 1 server cant' login other same credentials. 

secondly pc @ time part of 1 domain. every time have change domain name , user able connect particular server.

if make 3 servers member of domain, can choose either log in domain user account, or local user account. thing need join machines domain. on, both local users , domain users can log in.
