you have interesting problems hyper-v if using anti-virus on host , not configure exclude files , folders related hyper-v

remember exclude following in anti-virus software:
      *    vmms.exe
·         mms.exe
·         vmwp.exe
·         vmswp.exe
also exclude root directory contain virtual machines , configuration files, , following file extensions:
·         vhd
·         avhd
·         vsv
·         iso
·         vfd
·         xml

when comes av inside vms, should configure av support applications/services run. each application may have own requirements.
