Active Directory DNS Issue

hi,

i having problem computers keep losing connection our dns server acting our domain controller if use device name establish connection.

these computers connected adc via our vpn connection.

these computer can ping adc name after restart computer after awhile, 30 minutes++ cannot ping anymore.

but if ping ip manage replies.  pinging device name within network result "ping find host"

since can ping ip, think network connection there setting need tweak.

any advise upon solving issue. our dns setting have issue. advise help.

 it looks vpn/fw issue,first of please check vpn log there error log,then check firewall device log , check log size on each vpn/firewall maybe when file come maximum stops,and restart empty folder service need run.
