Hyper-V Storage Volume - What cluster Size?

i'm configuring our new md3200i best performance before putting production.  i planning storage group 750gb deploy 7 vm's.

1. what best ntfs cluster size use when formatting volume in host os (2008r2)?  

2. @ array level, best segment size lun?
