Remove folders into documents and settings

hello,

i need free space in c: unit of windows server2003.

the folder think possible in documents , settings folder have folders of old user.

my question if possible delete of these folders without damaging server.

documents , settings in windows 7 , windows server 08r2 not real folder,it junction , used interface windows 7 , windows server 08r2 legacy programs.

when 1 of these older programs installed junction redirect of installation files new location.

please not try remove or change these folders. doing cause program installations fail. 

and microsoft recommends against move or renaming system folder.
