Stub zone not updating new NS records

hi guys

i in middle of ad transition 2003 2008. have added 3 new domain controllers , busy moving domain applications , have bit of issue dns. zones ad-i zones , have number of stub zones remote networks. issue having stub zones not have ns records new domian controllers in teh local domain, have ns records 2003 domain controllers removing , ns records teh remote domain controllers. worried when decommision 2003 domain controllers stub zones not work new domain controllers not have ns records in stub zones.

will cause issue me? how can list ns records in stub zones?

when rightclick stubzone , choose "transfer master" or "transfer new copy of zone master", happens?
