troubleshoting rdp

i got 2008 environment, users connect internal network internal rdp server(2008). encountering problem freezing connections when users working in environment.

anyone can advice me in how troubleshoot this?

i noticed outlook causing problemes in rdp session;

in addition, please run sfc/scannow find , repair currupted system files.

Azure MFA with Azure AD and RDS
