Windows SBS 2003 to Windows 2008 Standard server migration

hi guys,

i have seen few docs relating migrating sbs 2003 w2008 standard server still confused how licenses relate this. can explain me if/how possible migrate client licensing existing sbs 2003 server w2008 standard server? there upgrade path maybe?

Azure MFA with Azure AD and RDS
