Throttling WSUS with Windows10 Clients

i have of latest policies in central store, can't seem find effective way throttle wsus windows10 clients. network/bits policies applicable windowsxp/7/8.1 clients.

is there group policy can implement throttle wsus downloads on windows10 clients? have slow/older network links cannot apply hardware throttling , single windows10 client saturate network link when pulling updates our wsus server ease.

Invalid pointer on gpresult /h gpreport.html
