Black login screen, only the mouse appears.


hello guys,

my problem this, windows does all updates normally without error during the process, but each time the system reboots the machine, windows logo appears carrying the system and when it arrives at logon screen nothing pops up, only the mouse pointer and nothing more, the screen goes completely black, and the way to make her appear is pressing the reset button of machine and then reappear user logon options. after the last updates he doing it constantly, when turn off the machine and turn it back on the logon screen is completely black. all drivers of the machine components are date, there no shortage of memory, disk space and i couldn't solve problem even having done a refresh in setup.

waiting for help, below is the basic description of machine in question:

processor: amd fx octalcore-8320, 4000 mhz (20 x 200)
motherboard: asus m5a99x evo
memory: corsair vengeance 4 gb cmz4gx3m1a1600c9 x 3pcs
vga: ati radeon hd 4850 (1 gb)
hdd: samsung hd161hj ata device (160 gb, 7200 rpm, sata-ii) for system
hdd: wdc wd5000aakx-001ca0 ata device (500 gb, 7200 rpm, sata-iii) for files.

hi,

i got the same phenomenon on testing machine.

every time when finished update install, logon screen won't load immediately, tab on keyboard along mouse call screen back.

you may try use ctrl + alt + del , recheck issue, next time.

this might caused compatibility between driver , os, may submit issue throug hwindows feedback tool, , wait new update.
