how solve 14 0xe ERROR_OUTOFMEMORY

hi experts,

can me to solve issue "14 0xe error_outofmemory" on windows 2003 server reboot if possible.

configuration of server follows:

os: 2003 server 32 bit sp2

ram: 8 gb

issue has been solved now. trend officescan causing memory leak. after disabling service, issue resolved.
