Remote access to Terminal Server


i have windows 2003 server setup terminal server. has 2 network ports. one on lan , other on internet.

the access lan works no problem unable accessed internet. terminal server listening on both network ports when user tries access internet window come saying "this computer can't connect remote computer. try connecting again. if problem continues, contact owner of remote computer or network administrator."

when @ windows firewall logs says requests being dropped when disable firewall still unable connect.

can verify have network connectivity machine internet?  can ping , net use machine internet?
