Configure NLB on Hyper-v

hi all,

i had run problem while configuring nlb on win 2012 r2 on win 2012 r2 hyper-v

there 2 server server1 , server 1 2 nic each on servers public , nlb

server 1
pubic nic
10.10.10.20 -ip
255.255.255.0 -subnet
10.10.10.1 - dg

10.10.10.2 - dns1
10.10.10.3 - dns2
order of priority set 1

nlb
10.10.10.21 -ip
255.255.255.0 -subnet
order of priority set 2
netsh interface ipv4 set interface "nlb" forwarding=enabled
hper-v nic -> advance property -> spoofing enabled

server 2
pubic nic
10.10.10.22 -ip
255.255.255.0 -subnet
10.10.10.1 - dg

10.10.10.2 - dns1
10.10.10.3 - dns2
order of priority set 1

nlb
10.10.10.23 -ip
255.255.255.0 -subnet
order of priority set 2
netsh interface ipv4 set interface "nlb" forwarding=enabled
hper-v nic -> advance property -> spoofing enabled

the nlb vip 10.10.10.24 255.255.255.0

after nlb configuration i'm able ping vip 10.10.10.24 witn same subnet ie 10.10.10.x not 10.10.20.x. nlb set unicast mode on nlb nic.

where did go wrong?

how vip know how route. did add default gateway. have sort of router.

here info nlb http://www.serverlab.ca/tutorials/windows/web-servers/load-balancing-web-servers-with-windows-server-2012-r2/
