GP Drive Mappings work for some users and not for others

working on w2008r2 server:
created drive mappings in group policy object under domains, , linked them @ domain level.
policy (and mapped drives) working 2 users, not other users.
of intended users belong exact same list of groups.  of intended users show having same cannonical name, except user name of course.
of users signing via rdp session same server.
so, stumped...
other items should checking?

brian

figured out issue

seems users had disconnected remote desktop sessions keeping policy changes being applied.  reset sessions, , voila.

something simple, time looking complicated...

thanks
