HOW TO MAKE BACKUP SERVER OR SYNCHNONIZATION BACKUP SERVER ?

dear friends,

i have windows ad window 2003 server  and db window server 2003. db server using oracle  documentation, company details server. need make additional  server machine backup server , should work automatically every day.

could please help  me how make backup server or synchnonization backup server.

do have good  suggestion problem

you can use dfs if files backing not locked process; go windows backup (scheduled backup), , backup on second server specified.
