Server 2008 cluster disk

disk validation cluster setup failing because of mirrored set of local drives.  once break mirror validation passes , i’m able build cluster, add disk resources etc.  once local mirrors have been recreated i’m not longer able add disk resources.  in technet forms there confirmation ms engineer there hotfix coming out issue.  my question is: fix out yet, if so, how it.
