Login error for windows 10

i upgrated windows 10 when start computer a

log in error (wrong user name or password mircrosoft account)

i have click on user name , enter email address , password 

which accepts.

how can avoid original error message of wrong user name or password??

seems system loading wrong information somewhere error??
