Rename Windows 2003 Domain Controller that containing Exchange 2007 Server

i have windows 2003 domain controller domain.com
, exchange 2007 installed on same domain , email addresses @mycompany.com
want change domain name domain.com mycompany.com
have plan upgrade windows 2003 domain controller windows 2008 , exchange 2010

so pleasae let me know whre satrt , how

domain rename not supported in forest in exchange server 2007 or exchange server 2010 deployed.

Invalid pointer on gpresult /h gpreport.html
