Network shares accessible over Hyper-V external virtual switch

after finding out how share files , folders between host , guest operating systems (both windows server 2012 r2) through virtual switches, , reading tutorials online on how this, had created 2 virtual switches guest os.  1 external switch (vnet) using ethernet connection , other internal switch (vlan) has no internet connection , planned use able file share between guest , host oses.  these have been configured inhyper-v's virtual switch manager, , in vm's settings too.

however, i've realised when vlan disabled, vnet still able access network shares, meaning these publicly visible.

is there way can make network shares accessible when vlan enabled?  want internal switch responsible internal network traffic shouldn't visible externally.

the fact working vms in no way changes how done.  still need control things within operating system instances on various nics.  no, should not saying nic equal virtual switch.  when create virtual switch on nic, protocols removed nic , virtual switch protocol installed instead.  result, way host or vm can communicate connect virtual nic switch.  if try changing protocols on virtual switch, break things.  but, within operating system, can open properties of nic using within operating system , enable/disable different protocols.

one of things comes play in want accomplish nic binding order.  try putting nic want use sharing files @ top of binding order , other nic after that.  can change binding order going network connections -> advanced -> advanced settings.
