About the Terminal server (on windows server 2003 R2) closing sudently

hi there, don't know if i'm in right class.

i have a windows server 2003 r2 server running as terminal server with 12 user. users who sits outside company is suddenly evicted without notice and may join again after some few seconds and in the same session as when were thrown off. what be?
