0xc000021a BSOD

lenovo thinkserver td340. 32gb ram, 2 ssd 1 hdd.there raid integrated card. raid 0 setup 2 separate drives since need separate storage drives.

got bsod trying install 2012 r2. had plug drive directly mb in sata port. got installed. adjusted settings, took updates, shut down , restarted without issues.

installed ad ds, dhcp, dns roles, restarted bsod. never recovered. not load safe mode either.

bug check 0xc000021a occurs in user-mode process, common culprits third-party applications. if error occurred after installation of new or updated device driver, system service, or third-party application, new software should removed or disabled. contact manufacturer of software possible update.

if error occurs during system startup, restart computer, , press f8 @ character-based menu displays operating system choices. @ resulting windows advanced options menu, choose last known configuration option. option effective when 1 driver or service added @ time. if not resolve error, try manually removing offending software. if system partition formatted file allocation table (fat), use ms-dos startup disk gain access computer's hard disk. if system partition formatted ntfs file system, might able use safe mode rename or delete faulty software. if faulty software used part of system startup process in safe mode, need start computer using recovery console in order access file. if newly installed piece if hardware suspected, remove see if resolves issue.

try running emergency recovery disk (erd) , allow system repair errors detects.

if want perform further research on bsod, suggest contact microsoft customer service , support (css) via telephone dedicated support professional can assist request. not best place talk bsod issue because not effective debug crash dump file here in forum.
