can not add user to group

hello everyone,

when try add user group error:

"the program cannot open required dialog box because cannot determine whether computer named "<computer name>" joined domain."

after closing error, receive:

"undable display user selection dialog. rpc server unavailable."

how fix rpc server? ideas?

Invalid pointer on gpresult /h gpreport.html
