i getting several vss failures ran batch file repair vss , rebooted.

i had removed /s recommended commands see failues , got following failures:

rasqec.dll failed load

rpcrt4.dll failed load

shsvcs.dll failed load

swprv.dll failed load error 0x80070715

winhttp.dll failed load

after rebooting, vssadmin list writers showing stable except 'frsm writer' failed last error: insconsistent shadow copy. have looked online have not found information assist fixing problem.

hi, 

try restart service "file server resource manager"

or run command net stop srmsvc & net start srmsvc and check status of writer.
