hi, point of view of licensing, possible mix open , oem licenses of windows server 2008 r2 on single machine ?

you can mix licences.

regarding using oem licenses vms, can read that:

q. can install oem on virtual machine (vmware)?

a. you may install oem in virtual environment long have separate licence each instance of software. fine use oem version long licensed. clear, separate version of software must installed both “standard” , “virtual” installations.

Invalid pointer on gpresult /h gpreport.html
