dear all, i managing windows 2008 r2 active directory domain having 1 corporate office site , 5 branch sites. in process of upgrading our active directory windows 2012. have 2 dcs in corp office , 1 dc each in branch offices, making 7 dcs in total. have demoted 1 dc in corp office , 2 dcs in branch offices , deployed windows 2012 dcs. have 3 windows 2012 dcs , reaming 4 windows 2008 r2 dcs. facing problem in 1 of branch offices while migrating windows 2012. have deployed windows 2012 server there cannot access windows 2012 dc in corp office using \\servername . username , password screen being displayed while accessing dc. have recreated windows 2012 server in branch 3 times still facing same issue. noticed while promoting 2012 server dc , got access denied error. interestingly server can access 6 other dcs except first windows 2012 dc in corp office. doubt 2 things. first related ipv6 cannot see ipv6 record corp windows 2012 dc in dns. secondly there no windows dhcp serve

i have brand new 2012 cluster 2 hyper-v host nodes running server 2012 (not r2). have spun several virtual machines templates via vmm 2012r2.  i added ad ds role today dc01 server running server 2012 (not r2). promoted domain controller. when came got login screen normal , logged in. upon login see black screen. can click ctr-alt-del , typical menu, logout responds. else such task manager goes black screen. connecting via remote eventvwr , checking logs , events shows dc promo successful; can verify replication other dc's etc. don't see problems server other can't see after login. rdping in provides black screen well. able log in via safe mode , can see desktop, not sure how troubleshoot there. verified integration services latest , greatest before promo'd. i de-promo'd via server manager on server 2012 server, removed roles , deleted it. created new server , did same process, used remote server manager dcpromo time. after reboot have identical issue bla
